Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Investment Mantra.
All services provided by Investment Mantra are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the client agreement signed between the client and Investment Mantra.
In case of any amendment or termination of the agreement:
- If both parties mutually agree to the amendments, the services will continue as per the revised terms.
- In case of termination of the agreement by either party, 50% of the remaining unutilized service fee will be refunded, and 50% will be charged as a breakage fee.
- However, the total breakage fee shall not exceed one quarter of the total service amount.
- Upon termination, clients will receive necessary guidance to exit any open recommendations or positions initiated based on our research.
All research reports, analysis, and recommendations are provided based on our professional judgment and the information available at that particular time.
Investment Mantra or its team members will not be responsible for any profit or loss incurred by acting on our recommendations.
